Walking the Walk: Week 1

A Summary Vlog...


I've learned:

- to practice judging myself less (need more love)

- that my body responds positively to cleaner/ lighter vibrational foods (need more love)

- that life will always get "in the way" - it's supposed to

- that journaling ADDS a lot

- that I want to stretch more

- Ganesha mantra is wonderful for anxiety and when we need to let go

- I am no thing unless I realize that I am some thing to my Self first <3
